Pakistan is a country located in the western part of the subcontinent of India. Other places are Afghanistan and Iran on the west part, India on the eastern part, and the Arabian Sea on the South portion. The name Pakistan is originally “Pakistani” which is an Urdu word that is separated into Pak which means pure and Stan which means country. It is a very big country which is double the size of California. In addition, we can find Karakoram and Pamir mountain ranges in the Northern and Western highlands. Moreover, some of the world’s highest peaks such as K2 and Nanga Parbat are also situated in the same place.
